Your privacy is important to us. If you choose to store your vehicle with us we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the current Data Protection Legislation. This notice provides a summary of the ways in which we (as Data Controller) process your personal data

We process your personal data to provide storage for you and your vehicle at our site, handle enquiries and complaints, offer services and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. We may disclose your personal data to third parties as may be required by law. Your data will be retained for 7 years unless the data must be retained for a longer period due to business, legal or regulatory requirements.

Insurance

We are committed to your safety whilst you are on our site. All of our equipment is regularly maintained and free from damage. We have public liability insurance which our certificate can be seen. We also enforce a requirement that all vehicles on site are fully insured and well maintained- doing everything we can to keep you safe.

Fire Safety

Although we insist on all gas being switched off on site and fire hazards such as rubbish are not allowed, we have worked closely with Abbey Fire Protection Ltd to ensure we have the correct fire equipment clearly visible on site just in case of a fire emergency. A certificate of maintenance can be seen on request

CCTV

Whilst you are on our site you are being recorded. This is for the purpose of keeping track of vehicle movement on the site and will be used to prosecute trespassers or those committing criminal acts.
